2. A szolgáltatás jellege
A regiujsag.hu oldalon kínált gyűjtemény eredeti, korabeli újságokból áll, amely Magyarországon egyedülálló, archivált és kategorizált magángyűjteménynek tekinthető.
A honlap nem webáruházként működik, hanem kapcsolatfelvételi és ajánlatkérési felületként.
A konkrét elérhetőség minden esetben egyedi egyeztetés alapján történik.
A honlapon nem található nyilvános terméklista.
Az oldalon kizárólag eredeti, korabeli újságok és nyomtatott kiadványok értékesítése történik.
3. Megrendelés menete
– A látogató elküldi a keresett dátumot vagy elképzelést
– Megvizsgáljuk a gyűjteményben az elérhetőséget
– E-mailben tájékoztatást adunk a lehetőségekről
– Megegyezés esetén történik a vásárlás és a szállítás egyeztetése
4. Ár és fizetés
Az eredeti újságok alap irányára:
6 000 Ft / db + szállítási költség
Az ár ettől egyedi megállapodás vagy vásárlási kedvezmény alapján eltérhet.
Az újságárak a szállítási költséget nem tartalmazzák.
Fizetési lehetőségek:

5. Szállítás és átvétel
A szállítás módjai:
– Foxpost csomagküldés
– MPL csomagküldés
– személyes átvétel előzetes egyeztetés alapján
A szállítási költség minden esetben a vevőt terheli.
6. Számlázás
A vásárlásról minden esetben számla kerül kiállításra.
A számlázás jelenleg alanyi adómentes formában történik.
A számlán külön tételként szerepel:

7. Termék jellege
A kínált újságok eredeti, használt, korabeli termékek, amelyek állapota korukból adódóan eltérő lehet.
Minden egyes újságot átvizsgálunk és ellenőrzünk.
Amennyiben az adott példány állapota nem megfelelő vagy hiányos, azt nem küldjük ki, és nem kerül felszámításra.
8. Elállás és visszaküldés
A visszaküldés és elállás feltételei minden esetben egyedi egyeztetés alapján történnek.
9. Felvásárlás
Amennyiben újságot vagy korabeli kiadványt szeretne értékesíteni, kérjük, e-mailben vegye fel velünk a kapcsolatot.
Felvásárlással kapcsolatos tájékoztatást kizárólag egyedi megkeresés alapján adunk.
10. Adatkezelés
A kapcsolatfelvétel során az alábbi adatokat kérhetjük:

Base guide price for original newspapers:

Prices may differ based on individual agreement or purchase discounts.
Shipping costs are not included in the newspaper prices.
For payments made in foreign currencies, the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Hungary (MNB) is applied.

Die auf regiujsag.hu angebotene Sammlung besteht aus originalen historischen Zeitungen und gilt als einzigartige archivierte und katalogisierte Privatsammlung in Ungarn.
Die Website funktioniert nicht als Webshop, sondern als Kontakt- und Anfrageplattform.
Die Verfügbarkeit wird immer individuell abgestimmt.
Auf der Website gibt es keine öffentliche Produktliste.
Auf der Website werden ausschließlich originale historische Zeitungen und Druckerzeugnisse verkauft.
3. Bestellvorgang
– der Besucher sendet das gewünschte Datum oder seine Anfrage
– wir prüfen die Verfügbarkeit in der Sammlung
– wir informieren per E-Mail über die verfügbaren Möglichkeiten
– im Falle einer Einigung werden Kauf und Versand abgestimmt
4. Preise und Zahlung
Grundpreis für originale Zeitungen:
6.000 HUF / Stück + Versandkosten
Die Preise können aufgrund individueller Vereinbarungen oder Rabatte abweichen.
Die Versandkosten sind nicht im Zeitungspreis enthalten.
Bei Zahlungen in Fremdwährungen wird der offizielle Mittelkurs der Ungarischen Nationalbank (MNB) angewendet.

5. Versand und Abholung
Versandmöglichkeiten:

6. Rechnungsstellung
Für jeden Kauf wird eine Rechnung ausgestellt.

Falls der Zustand eines Exemplars nicht angemessen oder unvollständig ist, wird es nicht versendet und nicht berechnet.
8. Widerruf und Rücksendung
Widerruf und Rücksendung erfolgen ausschließlich nach individueller Vereinbarung.

Wenn Sie Zeitungen oder historische Druckerzeugnisse verkaufen möchten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte per E-Mail.
